Mercedes-Benz Pull 85 thousand E-Class and C-Class

13/10/2010 16:30Liputan6.com, Washington: Mercedes-Benz will pull back (recall) as many as 85,078 units of model 2010 E-Class and C-Class, as well as the latest model of coupe / Cabriolet 2010-2011 E-Class in the United States. The recall is due to a problem with a failed power steering system, according to U.S. Car Safety Security Agency (NHTSA), Monday (11/10).
According to NHTSA, the problem that there is the possibility of oil leaking power steering which will make it difficult to drive especially when the car will be parked and can increase the risk of accidents.
In other documentation submitted to the federal government, Daimler AG, said it has identified cases of the field that contains complaints from customers who expressed a leak in power steering fluid. Dealers Mercedes-Benz will check back torque installation in the connection. And it will begin withdrawal
